rosary Italy Why are american women so manipulative and fake?
The last AW I rebuked acted like an angel when our relationship was in 'long-distance' mode. She acted very Christian and told me that the only gift she wanted from me is a rosary from Rome, Italy. As soon as she didn't get what she wanted - a ring on her finger right away - she exploded like a hand grenade telling me all men are just jerks, how she has no luck in relationships, and how she is so pretty and everyone just wants to take advantage of her. It's amazing to watch how American Women screw around in their younger years believing all the &^%$% that's fed to them, and then all of a sudden become devoted children of God in order to fool a guy into marriage.

Why would she want a rosary for, that right away should have told you something! if she is already catholic; she would already have one!! You get one with your first communion!
Not all american woman are like that! I'm still trying to get my fiance to goto church every sunday but you can push something like that! it takes baby steps! And at least he's trying; which I appreciate!

What can I do to make up missing church?
I am going to Italy and Greece for the next 3 weeks, and because I am going with a tour group, I most likely will not be able to attend church. Now I know nothing can completely make up for missing church, but does anyone know anything specifically designed for those who cannot make mass, I was thinking of saying a rosary, but i don't know if there is anything better. Any suggestions? I'm catholic by the way. Thanks!

A Catholic friend of mine has recently wanted to wear jewelery that shows her faith so she wanted a necklace or bracelet with a crucifix on it. In the last six months she has had six and everyone has broken. None have been getting hit or damaged ir anything, they are literally just falling apart and they have all been bought from different places. She is getting a bit worried now as this is a ratger strange thing to keep happening. Anyone heard of this before or know if it means anything?

I openly mock that old goat God frequently, using my supposedly God-given faculties to devise various forms of mockery.
At home, I take various symbols of religious significance to God and desecrate them mercilessly. I give props to those other competing gods that might be out there as I tear pages out of the Bible and use them to roll cigarettes. I turned a rather drab wooden crucifix into a very useful back scratcher.
If God indeed gave us the ability to mock, why then should we not do this? It harms no one, it is merely a presentation to an audience of one, God Itself. If God exists, surely It would convey Its protest?
