saint Boniface why are christians scared of other religions ?
why do christians try to block out other religions eg May 13, 609 or 610, when Pope Boniface IV declared all saints day to be on november 1st which is only one day after Samhain the Pagan?celtic festival and why did they make xmas on December 25 when that was the date of yule and jesus was actually meant to be born some time in june or july or something because as a religion as a whole do they want to eradicate all other religions they dislike or dont under stand
i just want to say that im not talking about people individualy but about the whole religian in the past
Because the other religions, if examined closely, are a lot closer to truth and that would prove Christianity the delusion and insanity it is. That makes the other religions and the free-thinkers too VERY DANGEROUS to the Christian Status Quo.
In Christianity, you are judged by faith and nothing else---by chance or luck or grace being born in the right place at the right time so you were taught the "one true religion or the one true God"---else and eternal damnation in Hell awaits those judged unworthy [except some groups like Calvinists with their transcendentally hideous doctrine that we are all predestined to Heaven or Hell, our deeds or faith, counts NOTHING.]
ALL other religions have a common core: namely as the Buddha said "Do good, avoid evil, that is the whole of the Dharma." and so being wise, know that Christianity is wrong, borne of total delusion and madness.
You are judged not by your religion any more than skin colour, but your DEEDS alone count.
All religions know this except Christian Fundamentalists who are brainwashed into a deception. Even the Christian Liberals follow the Social Gospel of doing good to others is like doing it to God, and the Social Gospel is the ONLY gospel. All others are fake. Remember Jesus "I was hungry and ye gave me bread, I was thirsty and ye gave me drink, I was naked and ye clothed me..."
The fundamentalists forgot that a long time ago prefering to thunder from the pulpit against gays, fornicators, drunkards and theives, while they being consummate hypocrites broke every rule in the book.
LIberal Christians retain it, which is why they are the better type of Christian, the real ones. Also Christian Liberals, Unitarians, Universalists et. al. reject the hideous lie, the ultimate blasphemy against God, that says God would or COULD ever damn a child of his or hers [I am Kara-Hamar and we know God as MOTHER] for eternity in some firey furnace.
No religion, not even Islam, teaches the hideous insanity of eternal damnation. Some religions like Buddhism and Islam have a Hell, but it is not forever.
So I can call a Christian Unitarian or Universalist Baptist my brother or sister, 1) they know truth better than the fundamentalists 2) they have tolerance and compassion which is the sign of the intelligent and wise.
I cannot abide one second of my life among a fundamentalist or anyone like them. Their aura is as dark and bloody red as the pit of Hell. It can literally make you sick to your stomach. It looks distorted, twisted and ugly unlike the beauty of the normal aura. Some Muslim fanatics have auras like these too.
I can go among a Buddhist, Sufi, Hindu or Christian Universalist and the Aura is totally different: the pinks for compassion, the blues for intelligence, the purples for divine knowledge and the golden hue for wisdom predominates.
