Rare saint
How often do recording artists get to keep copies of the work they have recorded?
For instance, when a singer or band go into the studio to record, is it entirely down to the record company, the producer(s), or is it standard practice that the artist themselves will retain demo tapes or even pressed copies of the music? I recently obtained a rare cd by the UK group Saint Etienne, of cuts taken from old demo recordings and unreleased tracks. Is it unusual that a band are able to keep hold of such recordings, or do they generally have to purchase copies like the average punter?
they will almost invariably keep copies of their work. also, the studio will often keep a copy of anything that is recorded there.

Does anyone know the value of these Lebron Soldier II ?
I have this pair of shoes I picked up for fifty bucks. They are the Lebron soldier II, but they are the Saint Vincent St Mary variation that are green and gold. Apparently they are rare and only a few are available. I can't decide whether to wear them or sell them on eBay. Can someone tell me how much they would go for, how much you would pay, or if you would buy them on ebay.

I would think they would be worth something from 75 to 100. They look pretty rare, especially the writing and the laces to go with the color. I would hold on to them for a while and not wear them. See if you can take them to a memorabilia shop and see if you can get them appraised. The ideal place would be somewhere in akron, Ohio. Lebrons hometown would love to have something like that. You could make a lot of money there.
