Baptism jesus
I have seen a painting of the Lord Jesus' baptism in which the painter made the error of showing 'sprinkling'?
instead of total immersion. Jesus went down into the waters as did those who later came to him and the disciples for baptism. We also remember the occasion when the Ethiopian Eunuch asked to be baptised and went down into the water.
So my question really is do you know who painted this 'sprinkling' picture?
There are two i came up with but i am sure there are others. One is Adrea del Verrocchio 1475 and the other is Piero della Francesca 1448-1450. With these two artists their Baptism of Christ paintings are base on a religious theme and not meant as an accurate portrayal of the event itself but mostly symbolic. I'm sure they were very aware of how the baptism of Jesus played out...there is no error.

Suffer it be so - the baptism of Jesus scene from the movie Jesus of Nazareth
If the Holy Spirit is a Person- are we to believe that Jesus was filled with a Person at his Baptism?
What about those at Pentecost? ( Acts 2:1-4)
What about the supposed third person of the Trinity, the holy spirit, said to be equal in power, substance, and eternity to Father and Son? Nowhere in the Bible is the holy spirit mentioned with God and Christ as being equal to them. For instance, on the occasion of Jesus’ baptism, Mark 1:10 shows that the holy spirit came down upon Jesus “like a dove,” not in a human form.
You are correct, Jesus was not filled with another person,
but "completing" his being, if you will, and fulfilling the
preisthood requirements.
Acts 20:28 makes reference to the Holy Ghost's own blood
used to purchase the church. Now that would be Christ.
He is the name of the Father and God ( Isaiah 9:6 )
and the Holy Ghost , Acts 20:28,
And He said in Matt 28:19, to go baptize in the name of
the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
The apostles did just that, they baptized in Jesus name..

Acts 8:15-16
Acts 10:48
Acts 19:5
People dont get it because just like the bible says,
they will have a form of godliness, but DENY the
powers there of.
Jesus is God in the flesh, 1Tim 3:16,
and when you realize
what gets taught in churches is wrong, and obviously
you did, then the power of Christ starts to work in your
life. Acts 2:39,, Acts 1:8
