Ozzy wore a crucifix and many Christian Ozzy fans say he was a whole hearted Catholic. Ozzy was, and is demented and smokes quite a bit (if that's what it takes to be Catholic I should be Cardinal along with Pope Ozzy I), and he himself has not claimed to be any denomination of Christianity. In fact he made the song Miracle Man against the Catholic church specifically, the video is in a Catholic church with pigs and Zack Wilde dressed as a Catholic Priest.
Catholics also love to claim that celebrities who wear rosaries are "True Catholics". Which is stupid, cause ever since that flat, air-headed, bimbo Paris Hilton started wearing rosaries, every bi*ch in California has been wearing them as a fashion accessory.
I'm guilty of doing the same thing with a crucifix, I wear a silver cross around my neck, but that doesn't make me Catholic.
The Catholics may suck in the logic department, but their bling and fashion is hot sh*t.

okay soooo yeah i procrastinated and i know i wont be super strong in six days but i'm gonna be on the cross country ski team this year. theres no snow right now where i live so i'm assuming during the first few practices we'll just be running and doing other core workouts and stufff and i was just wondering what i should do. i'm willing to work out all day for the next six days if i have to. just give me a few exercises to do. thankss
As with all conditioning, start easy and do not over do it. Walk 15 minutes, jog 5, fast walk 5 and repeat. After 1 hour, ice down and wait 2 hours to start over. This should prevent early season muscle damage that will prevent you competing for several weeks. Torn muscles take time to heal.
