Catholics also love to claim that celebrities who wear rosaries are "True Catholics". Which is stupid, cause ever since that flat, air-headed, bimbo Paris Hilton started wearing rosaries, every bi*ch in California has been wearing them as a fashion accessory.
I'm guilty of doing the same thing with a crucifix, I wear a silver cross around my neck, but that doesn't make me Catholic.

okay soooo yeah i procrastinated and i know i wont be super strong in six days but i'm gonna be on the cross country ski team this year. theres no snow right now where i live so i'm assuming during the first few practices we'll just be running and doing other core workouts and stufff and i was just wondering what i should do. i'm willing to work out all day for the next six days if i have to. just give me a few exercises to do. thankss
As with all conditioning, start easy and do not over do it. Walk 15 minutes, jog 5, fast walk 5 and repeat. After 1 hour, ice down and wait 2 hours to start over. This should prevent early season muscle damage that will prevent you competing for several weeks. Torn muscles take time to heal.

You don't want to do any of those things while you are on Accutane because the drug makes your skin so sensitive that you don't want to peel your skin off or irritate it further.
Based on the procedure, I think it varies from 3 months to 6 months after you are off the medication. Ask your dermatologist at your next monthly appointment to know for sure s/he knows your procedures, your drug treatment and your skin the best and as such, s/he'll probably be able to give you the best (and certainly most professional!) information.
